ManagementBruce Thayer Mr. Thayer joined B/E Aerospace, Inc. in 1997 to leverage high reliability aerospace chilling technology into the semiconductor subsystems market, and built ATS into global company. Before joining ATS, Mr. Thayer spent more than 15 years in various management positions at companies such as Varian Associates, Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment Group, and served as BOD member for JV’s in Korea (Varian Korea Ltd.) and Japan (TEL Varian Ltd.). Mr. Thayer received a bachelor of science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and graduate business education from Boston University and Harvard University. Masashi Iwao Mr. Iwao joined ATS in 2001 as the general manager of Pacific rim operations when BE Aerospace acquired the chiller company that he was president of. Prior to ATS, he worked for various semiconductor/microelectronic equipment companies, including Taitec, where he lead a MBO to create a new company. In 2005, Mr. Iwao was appointed vice president/general manager of ATS Corporation, and directs the corporation’s operations and strategic goals. Mr. Iwao received a business management degree from Yokohama National University.
