Advanced Thermal Sciences Corporation (ATS) incorporated in Delaware in 1997 as a wholly owned subsidiary of B/E Aerospace. With a history of more than 20 years, B/E Aerospace and its predecessor have supplied refrigeration systems for the commercial aircraft market. BE Aerospace has achieved a worldwide market share of more than 90% of aircraft chillers.

We have designed a family of highly reliable, compact and efficient temperature control systems(TCS) for semiconductor manufacturing. ATS technology draws on over 20 years of engineering in the aviation refrigeration products business. By using our ATS systems, we believe semiconductor manufacturers are able to increase wafer production through lower production downtime and more consistent performance.
